Submit a Proposal

Below you will find the Project Proposal Application. This form is the first step in the proposal process. Please complete this form to the best of your capability. Ideas do not need to be completely formed for them to be considered, so do not hesitate to submit proposals even if the details of your submission have no be fully fleshed out. It is important for the committee to hear all ideas and assist students in helping them become fully realized.

Please submit all complete forms to  studentleaf@gmail.com, and attend the next Student LEAF meeting immediately succeeding submission to introduce the proposal in person. Student LEAF meetings are held every Monday at 6:00 in the University Center conference room (there is a stair case behind the double doors next to Taco Bell that lead to this third floor room). Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings whether or not they have submitted a proposal.

All proposals will be reviewed on a “first come, first serve” basis. Proposals submitted at the beginning of the active semester will be reviewed first and are more likely to receive funding; oppositely, those submitted later in the semester will be less likely to have funds allocated, and may be reviewed for later semesters.
